... and we are looking for a talented and dedicated Information Security Officer specialist with experience in working with AWS, Azure, and Atlassian to join our Information Security Management team to work on an innovative FinTech platform.


The position is remote in Berlin; however, we have offices located in Berlin; Germany, Gdynia; Poland, and Mumbai; India.


Ideally, you have:
  • 4 years of experience in an IT-Security field (including academic experience)
  • Extensive experience in the application of Information Security Standards, ideally ISO27001
  • Basic understanding of audit methods
  • Basic understanding of cybercriminal TTP (Tools, Tactics, Procedures)
  • Basic knowledge of AWS, Azure, O365, Jira / Confluence
  • Basic knowledge of git tools and the GitHub platform
  • Basic knowledge of networking topics and communication security (e.g., OSI model, TLS protocol)
  • Basic knowledge of cryptographic topics (PKI, asymmetric and symmetric cryptosystems)
  • Basic knowledge of programming & scripting topics (Python, JavaScript) preferred
  • A Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
  • Fluency in English is a must and any major European language a plus

This position will entail the following:
  • Overall coordination of Information Security Management within RealPort
  • Ensure compliance to Information Security policies and improve existing governance in alignment with our CISO
  • Consulting and advising the organization of implementation of IT-Security measures
  • Initiating and driving of awareness trainings
  • Reporting to CISO and management board
  • Monitoring logs, identifying and triaging incidents
  • Performing standardized incident response / investigation
  • Performing access rights verifications
  • Performing application/tool verification / whitelisting
  • Managing organization's endpoints
  • Vulnerability management
  • Supporting the development team in verifying the security of changes made to the production environment
