... and we are looking for a creative, driven, and solution-oriented Marketing Associate to join our team to work on an innovative FinTech platform.
You will be working alongside our Capital Markets team in Germany and collaborating with our Product & External Operations team in Mumbai, India, as well as our Business teams across Europe.
You have a good understanding of:
Tools related to marketing, sales, and analytics such as MailChimp, HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, SEMRush, Google Data Studio, and A/B testing tools
Bachelor’s degree or Master’s in marketing or relevant field
1-3 years of experience in digital or content marketing preferably B2B (marketing experience in Finance, Investments, Energy, Sustainability, or Infrastructure sectors is a plus)
Experience working on lead generation campaigns, email marketing campaigns, SEO strategies, social media campaigns such as LinkedIn and google ads etc.
Experience planning events (virtual or physical), including but not limited to: identifying key events, training for attendees (elevator pitch, demos, etc.), maintain pre- and post-event communication, and event attendance
A keen interest in working on an innovative product in a dynamic start-up environment with specific acumens such as resourcefulness and creative problem-solving
Fluency in English is a must and any major European language a plus
This position will entail the following:
Understanding the relevant target audiences and formulating the most ideal marketing strategies/funnels for marketing and business development efforts
Budgeting for market activities based on requirements and estimating/calculating returns on investments for various channels
Managing marketing channels and activities such as LinkedIn campaigns (paid and organic), SEO/SEM, digital advertising, lead generation campaigns, email marketing, events & webinars, prospect & competitor research, campaign analytics, and more
Measuring and analysing monthly KPIs (e.g. lifetime value of a customer (LTV), ROI on ad expenses etc.) and perform research, analyse data, and develop key insights and strategies to optimize performance
Coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, external partners (e.g., sales, research, and consulting) and top management for decision making on marketing methods, campaigns and content creation to attract the relevant target audience
Creating and refining presentations/decks
