RealPort is a digital brokerage platform that facilitates passive capital of small institutional investors in sustainable infrastructure assets to address the mezzanine and secondary capital needs of asset holders.
Hence, small institutions are empowered to access positions in low-risk, long-dated infrastructure cash flows through a standardised co-investment structure at low transaction costs, fees and in small ticket sizes. RealPort is unique in automating and standardising compliance requirements, transaction processes as well as integrating independent analysis to foster transparency and quality.
